Is this a sales call?
No. This is a paid Pathfinder session. I’ll look at how enquiries, quotes, jobs and past customers move through your business, then give you a useful, prioritised roadmap. If I can help with implementation, we can talk about it afterwards, but there is no obligation.
Do I need to use ServiceM8?
No. I can review the systems and processes you use now, whether that is ServiceM8, another job management platform, spreadsheets, inboxes, paper, or a mixture of tools.
Do I need any technical or AI knowledge?
No. You only need to explain how work currently moves through the business. Recommendations are written in straightforward language and prioritised around the practical result, not technical jargon.
What happens after I buy?
I’ll send you the business assessment first. It must be completed and submitted before you can choose a session date. No session date is booked or reserved until the scorecard has been submitted. After the session, you will receive your personalised findings and 90-day roadmap.
Will the roadmap still be useful if I implement it myself?
Yes. The roadmap is designed to stand on its own. It will show what to fix first, why it matters and what the recommended next step is, so you can use your own team or suppliers if you prefer.
Can you implement the recommendations for me?
Yes, where it’s a good fit. Implementation is separate and completely optional. You are paying £197 for the Pathfinder session and roadmap, not committing to a larger project.
Does the Pathfinder session come with a guarantee?
Yes. Complete your scorecard and attend your Pathfinder session. If I can’t identify at least three clear, actionable revenue or time leaks in your business, ask for a refund within seven days of receiving your roadmap and I’ll refund the full £197. You keep the report.
